THERAPY

Heather’s practice is dedicated to supporting high-pressure, high-demand professionals who give deeply of themselves, often at the cost of their own well-being. She understands the emotional weight of burnout, compassion fatigue, and vicarious trauma, as well as the constant pull to stay strong for others. With over 26 years in a demanding career, Heather brings both professional expertise and lived experience to her work.

Her approach is straightforward, compassionate, and grounded in real connection. Clients often appreciate her mix of honesty, warmth, and the occasional humor that helps lighten tough conversations. In her space, you’re invited to come as you are. Your story is not too much here.

Whether you’ve reached your breaking point or simply want to restore balance, Heather helps clients reconnect with their well-being, rediscover wholeness, and live fully beyond burnout.
